Do you have a shop?

Nope! Since Sandra is often on the move and spends her time in Morocco for a few months a year, we don’t have a physical store. We work from our cozy Amsterdam office but have no showroom.

We do love to meet you in person and we can imagine you’d like to see our collections in real life, so we often organize pop-ups. Keep an eye out on our website and socials to stay up to date.

What are the different payment methods?

You can purchase items with iDeal, PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro, Belfius or via a bank transfer.

What are the shipping costs?

With an order amount above EUR 250,- we will pay the shipping costs for you. Shipping costs for orders below EUR 250,- within The Netherlands are EUR 5,99. Shipping costs for other countries will appear at the check-out page when entering your address details.

When you place an order with multiple items with a total amount of EUR 250,- or above, we will pay for the shipping costs. When you return one or more items causing your total shopping amount to drop below EUR 250,-, the shipping costs from the original shipment will be settled with the return amount.

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is 1-2 working days. If you place the order before 12:00 on a workday, we will send your package the same day! Otherwise we will send your package the next day. You will receive your package the day after its send out from the warehouse. So the average delivery time is two workdays.

Why is it not possible to order more than 1 piece of a certain item?

We love our unique items! Most of our vintage items are unique and one of a kind, so only one piece is available.

We do have more pieces of our own produced collections, table ware and accessories. We always produce in small amounts, to stay unique and conscious.

Is it possible to look at a rug at home?

One of our most frequently asked questions is the one about the possibility to try a rug at home. You want to see your dream rug in your own interior, you’d like to see if it matches your space and home decor. We get that! So we listened. We made it easy for you to try your wanna-have rug at home. Read our go-to checklist below.

  1. Order your favorite rug at our online shop
  2. We pay for shipping on all rugs above €250, so you can try yours at home without any extra costs
  3. Your rug will be shipped to your doorstep within 2 working days
  4. Now it’s time for you to go try it out and experience your new rug!
  5. Happy? Then we are too!
  6. Not so happy? You can return your unused rug to our warehouse in the original packaging within 14 days. No need to make a fuzz! We refund the amount to your bank account asap. The costs to return a rug vary from €6,75 to €13 (from The Netherlands, please check with your post office if you life abroad), depending on the size of the package. We recommend for you to send the package by registered mail, the costs for this are €2 extra.

Does this service also work on sale items?

Yes, it does! You’re also able to try your sale rug at home without any trouble. Just follow the same steps as listed above.

What to do if I'm not sure which size rug I need?

If you have any questions about sizing or the right type of rug for your interior, feel free to contact our headquarters.

Insiders tip! If you want to try out the measurements of your wannahave-rug before ordering, try taping the measurements on the floor using masking tape. The perfect way to check if your rug size fits your interior.

What is your washing advice for vintage items?

Rugs & vintage cushions: don’t wash ‘m! We recommend cleaning by a certified cleaning company.

Woolen blankets & cushions: Woolen blankets are washable on a (preferably cold) wool washing program with special wool detergent.

Cotton blankets & hamam towels: Washable on a delicate washing program.

PLEASE NOTE: We prefer bringing all of our items to a specialized (dry)cleaning company to guarantee our product quality, to keep your item beautiful as long as possible.

Is the pottery and tableware dishwasher proof?

We recommend washing your Tamegroute items by hand. The manufacturing of these items is a delicate process and we’d love for you to keep your Tamegroute items pretty as long as a lifetime.

PLEASE NOTE:If you’re using your Tamegroute item outside in wintertime, please make sure to place the pottery a few inches above the ground when it’s freezing.
