This handmade yoga bolster made of brown cottonfabric is ideal for a meditation or heart opening savasana. It’s also nice to put under your knees for a better lying posture or with other yoga or pilates exercises.

Each yoga bolster is equipped with a zippered inner cover and filled with organic buckwheat. Thanks to this sturdy filling of organic buckwheat, moisture is regulated and your spine gets a good support.

The bolster has a handle and a zipper. The outer cover is removable.
